Job Title: Telemarketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Professionally conduct telemarketing activities for companies and product.
• Participate in roadshows and market activations.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints from all channels.
• Meet minimum number of daily outbound calls per hour and/or minutes on phone calls.
• Book and track appointments in multiple channels.
• Prepare weekly telesales report.
• To generate appointments for the Business Development and Sales teams by conducting telemarketing campaigns with the aim to prequalify leads for high conversion.
• Responsible for providing data-driven insights to improve the marketing process while receiving and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a well-structured and process-driven environment.
• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Sound knowledge of data analytics for reporting.
• Excellent communications skills.
