We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Akure, Ondo

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology

Job Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics
• Hands-on experience in Desktop publishing, Network Administration, IT Helpdesk
• Minimum of Lower credit/Second class lower
• Minimum of 5 credits in O’level (including Maths and English)
• Not more than 27 years old.
