Administrative Business Partner

Job Description

  • Facilitate the smooth running of the company to ensure its overall efficiency and success.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and conferences
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing relevant document.
  • Draft correspondence, manage office supplies and handle routine inquiries
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
  • Liaise with Vendors and Service providers for various company needs.
  • Plan and coordinates company’s events, conferences and team building activities.

Requirements and Skills

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in an Administrative role or Executive support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and address issues proactively
  • Strong organizational abilities with rapt attention to details
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Possess a positive and approachable demeanor.

 

Sales Manager – Digital Material

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of SAV and Foam Board in the dealer market PAN Nigeria
  • Suggest the market pricing of SAV and Foam Board from competitor at different tier, to printers and to Dealers.
  • Suggest addition of different products in the Digital Material segment to be added in the same channel.
  • Responsible for Collection of payment from the Customer with the help of customer service in charge
  • Prepare quarterly target and annual budget for management review
  • Make the order form for approval in coordination with Head of Customer Service.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of First Degree in relevant discipline
  • Computer literate to work with excel and word
  • Experience in selling SAV & Foam board is must of minimum 3-5 years

 

Sales Manager – B2B TAPE

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales of Self-Adhesive Tape in the B2B market
  • Responsible for identifying customer potential, submitting quotations
  • Responsible for preparing customer trial reports and daily call report.
  • To prepare the customer forecast and budget product wise monthly/yearly
  • Responsible for Collection of payment from the Customer with the help of customer service in charge
  • Make the order form for approval in coordination with of Customer Service.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Qualification: First Degree
  • 3-4 years experience
  • Preferred experience from adhesive tapes company or Corrugated carton manufacture company
  • Preferred to own their vehicles.

 

Head Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall quality control of the products which include RM, FG and WIP.
  • All the RM need to be checked before inward in stores.
  • All the product needs to be approved before shifted to FG
  • A time bound periodical online QC inspection to be done for every machine and process.
  • WIP material to be approved before it’s been sent for converting.
  • Shelf life of the products FG & RM to be traced and maintained or revalidate
  • Specification sheet to be drawn for all the products.
  • All Audit records to be maintained for Traceability.
  • Approval for the printing matter to be done online as WIP stock.
  • In case of material complain CAPA is to be raised and record is to be maintained
  • In case of any RM quality issue document need to be raised and pass over to the Head of Purchase with all details for further processing.
  • Calibration of all lab equipment’s need to be done on time and record to be maintained.
  • Report to be raised for competitor sample analysis and comparison with own product.
  • To Audit vendor production and assessment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Science
  • 10-15 years experience as a QC Head.

 

Production Supervisor – Converting

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for production output from slitting and rewinding machine in the converting unit.
  • Supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the production head to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Train and mentor machine operators, ensuring continuous skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvements.

Candidate Specification

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within converting unit of films processing companies/tape manufacturing companies.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in handling production challenges and guiding operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
  • Candidate should be graduated and trained.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

 

Machine Operation – Converting

Responsibilities

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for Electrical & Mechanical maintenance of the factory
  • Responsible for drawing periodical maintenance schedule, plan & execute as per schedule.
  • Responsible for spare parts inventory and MOQ of each of the spares & consumables
  • Responsible for Machine wise maintenance card with approval from Production heads.
  • Responsible for attaining any urgent break down
  • Responsible for periodical Generator Maintenance & compressors.
  • Responsible for all the support for installation of the new machines.
  • Will be handling team of maintenance support for Electrical, Mechanical & Generator.
  • Raising the spare part requisite for stock to Head Purchase well in time to avoid any stock out when required.
  • Responsible for reducing the down time of the machine which can be quantified

Candidate Profile

  • B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Having experience as Maintenance Manager in a production company for 8-14 years
  • Computer Literate for making own report.
  • Prefer also having experience in any film production, film processing or converting companies.
  • Advantage if experience in setting up new production units from Maintenance department.
