Sales Admin

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements

  • OND in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 2-3 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Utility Manager

Key Job Description

  • Thermotech Fluid Heat Boiler
  • Knowledge of water treatment plants, i.e, STP, ETP WTP
  • Vacuum absorption machine(VAM) on make of Thermax- 700TR
  • York chiller – 600 TR
  • High-pressure screw-type compressors
  • Working experience on Bore well, plumber and AC jobs.
  • Other utility manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 10-15 years of experience in plastic packaging or flexible packaging.

 

IT Supervisor (ODOO ERP)

Description 

  • Responsible for overseeing, handling, and directing the day-to-day operations and activities for a functional Information Technology unit, including ensuring the policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, and activities of the department align with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Accountable for ensuring appropriate controls are in place for the security of information assets by seeing that security risks are accurately identified, assessed, reported, and mitigated.
  • Responsible for the design, planning and strategy for IT infrastructure & Network, Information Security, Systems, Software, Hardware (work tools), and end user support.
  • Responsible for ensuring these strategies are integrated with Business Development and Sales initiatives to drive profitability and business development.
  • Oversee the manning, productivity, performance, and impact of both the IT team and IT vendors for business operation support and continuity.
  • Insuring the solidity of the IT system for production to run seamlessly and securely.

Requirement and skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline. Additional certifications and/or a post graduate degree might be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in IT roles and at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent experience in Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is a must.
  • Production/Manufacturing Industry experience is most preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of affirmative and proactive decision-making, integrity, and discretion with information.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be collaborative with other managers and business leaders to deliver on business deliverables and objectives.

 

Regional Sales Manager

Description 

  • Recruitment of distributors, ideally from the beverage industry, like Bottled Water/CSD/Juice etc.
  • Recruit, manage and train the ASM/Sales Executives.
  • Driving Primary Order collection.
  • Planning for the secondary sales with the ASM & distributors.
  • Monthly & Quarterly sales volume projection.
  • Retain & service the distributors/wholesalers to enhance our brand goodwill.
  • Daily & weekly reporting to the Sales Head & management as per the assigned format.
  • Help the logistics team with a smooth delivery of goods and services to the distributors.
  • Manage the assigned territory in terms of Volume & Value target, market intelligence report & maintain the business relationship with all the stakeholders for Lagos only.

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a relevant field with 6 years work experience.
