Group Head, Internal Control

Major Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant or in view
  • Minimum of 15 years work experience in real estate company or multinational companies.
  • Up to 10 years managerial experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Director General, Human Resources

Major Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Member and Fellow of recognized professional Institutions
  • Professional certifications like CIPM; SHRM-SCP, GPHR and extensive years of experience is required.
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience and above
  • Experience in leading organizational change and transformation In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology
  • Understanding of global HR trends and best practices.

 

Director General, Media & Communication

Major Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • At least 20 years of experience in media and corporate communications, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Professional certification in communications or public relations (e.g. APR, CCEP) Knowledge of digital communications and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools
  • Strong network of media contacts and industry partners
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.

 

Director General, Legal Services

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree and LLM·
  • Admission to practice Law / Call to Bar certificate
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in Legal Practice with at Least 10 years in leadership role
  • Strong Academic background with honors or Distinction
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Expertise in ensuring organizational compliance with laws and regulations.

 

Human Resources (HR) Recruitment Officer

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Ability to source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, etc.)
  • Expertise in conducting interviews and assessments
  • Understanding of job analysis and job description development
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools-ATS, CRM, etc.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Experience with video interviewing tools.

 

Human Resources (HR) Performance Manager

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM)
  • Proficiency in designing Performance Metrics and Conduct Evaluation.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems Knowledge of talent development principles and practices
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data Familiarity with performance management software
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives
  • Ability to design and implement metrics and reporting systems
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to performance management.

 

Group Head, ICT

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience and above.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT leadership roles
  • Professional certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
  • Ability to develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals In-depth knowledge of ICT infrastructure, software, and systems
  • Experience in managing large-scale ICT projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead ICT teams
  • Ability to drive innovation and digital transformation
  • Expertise in ICT risk management and cyber-security
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends
  • Ability to manage ICT vendors and contracts.

 

Director of Public Affairs

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (desirable)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or related field
  • Professional certifications like Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or Certified Government Relations Specialist (CGRS), NIPR, PRSA etc.
  • Ability to develop and implement public affairs strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Expertise in government relations, lobbying, and advocacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, media, and community leaders
  • Ability to manage and protect the organization’s reputation.

 

Civil Engineer / Structural Engineer / Architect

Major Requirements

  • B.Sc, M.Sc Civil or Structural Engineering/Architecture/ Building Technology
  • CORBON / COREN / ARCON Certified or relevant professional certifications
  • Project Management Certification-PMP
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in Construction Industry or multinational companies
  • Up to 5 years managerial experience
  • Real Estate construction expertise and commercial awareness
  • Exhibit a strong knowledge of project management
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and construction works Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to lead project teams to success
  • Proficient in the use of Construction related Software (Autocad-3D) etc.

 

Accountant

Major Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Accounting
  • 5 – 8 years of work experience as an Accountant
  • Good Knowledge and usage of valid Accounting software ICAN is an added advantage
  • Ability to prepare and present financial statements and reports
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (e.g. GAAP, IFRS)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights
  • Experience in preparing and managing budgets
  • Knowledge of auditing principles and practices
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with accounting developments and best practices.

 

Quantity Surveyor

Major Requirements

  • B.Sc ./ HND Quantity Survey / Master’s Degree in same field is an added advantage
  • Project Management certification is an added advantage
  • Quantity Survey Graduate with over 7 years (post-NYSC) work experience in similar role for a Construction Company.
  • NIQS (Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) Certified and QSRBN (Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria) Registered Professional is desirable.

 

Legal Officer

Major Requirements

  • Applicants must be a Lawyer by profession (LLB/LLM)
  • Professional certification (e.g., NICArb, ICSAN, NBA)
  • Experience in legal drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-call to bar experience
  • Experience with legal project management
  • Knowledge of data privacy and cyber-security laws
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (Real Estate/Construction).

 

Business Analyst

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Fleet Officer

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
  • Professional certification in fleet management (e.g. CAFM, CFM)
  • Experience with telematics and fleet tracking systems
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in fleet management
  • Familiarity with local and national transportation regulations.

 

Entry Level Business Executive

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
