We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Structural Production Supervisor

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient production processes for structural work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, managing inventory and optimizing material usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and train production staff, promoting continuous improvement.

Requirement

  • Interested candidates should preferably possess B.Eng, HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
