Sunbeth Global Concept Limited is a trading company specializing in the exportation of raw cocoa beans and cashew from Nigeria. Although established in August 2017, the company has deep roots in the cocoa industry as it emanated from Sunny Owoh Ventures Nigeria Limited, a long-standing cocoa sourcing company with over 20 years of business activities in Ondo-State, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Strategy Associate

Location: Ondo

Job Description

• Support the development and implementation of Sunbeth’s long-term organizational strategy
• Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes etc
• Support the development and management of Sunbeth’s key performance indicators (KPI) to forecast and analyze company performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure complete alignment with Sunbeth’s strategy
• Monitoring and reporting on projects
• Work with the Head of Strategy on specific projects
• Conduct market research and assess market trends
• Perform analysis of competitors and identify threats/ risks & opportunities
• Keep updated with relevant/value‐adding technologies
• Find solutions for business problems
• Contribute to business development and digital innovation

Requirements

• Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in business administration, business development, management consulting or strategic planning
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
• Project management skills.
