Job Description

• We’re seeking a visionary Sports Academy Manager to drive our client’s sports academy to new heights.
• As a seasoned professional in sports management, you’ll oversee daily operations, foster a culture of excellence, and nurture young talent.
• This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in sports management and a commitment to nurturing young talent.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating academy activities, managing resources, and ensuring a high standard of operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the sports academy, including scheduling, logistics, and overall coordination.
• Work closely with coaches, trainers, and support staff to ensure efficient academy functioning and athlete development.
• Manage the academy’s budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure the academy complies with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support the academy’s mission.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sports administration, management, or a related position.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with coaches, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• International certifications and affiliations in sports management are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a sports academy, club, or similar setting.
• A solid understanding of athlete development, sports programs, and talent management.
