Job Duties / Description

Social media representatives answer queries from customers and prospective customers.
Social media representatives also perform customer service duties.
They respond to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints.
They respond to customer requests for information about products, services, or orders.

A BSc / HND in Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+
Solid customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N70,000 plus commission.
