Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Marketing Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd.
• The Agency Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote properties, managing agency relationships, conducting market research, recruiting junior managers and marketers alike to meet or exceed set target.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Management and Leadership skills
• Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research skills
• Experience in property marketing and estate agency
• Recruitment skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain agency relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate industry in Nigeria.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
