We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.

Conduct Sales Presentations:

  • Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients.
  • Customize presentations based on client needs and industry trends.

Manage Customer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Set and meet personal sales goals and quotas.
  • Track sales performance and report on sales metrics and progress.

Negotiate and Close Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Close sales and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final sale.

Collaborate with Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer service and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay Informed:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
