We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Objectives

  • As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team to drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and expand the client base.
  • Your role is pivotal in identifying new market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that the company’s solutions are meeting client needs. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, while fostering a culture of customer excellence and building long-lasting partnerships.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Set sales targets and ensure their achievement through leadership and motivation of the sales team.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor positioning, and trends.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous improvement and skills development.
  • Provide guidance on complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and deliver regular feedback to team members.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach to potential clients.
  • Identify key market segments and industries that align with the company’s product offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at each step.

Account Management & Client Retention:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty, aiming for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including technical and customer support teams, to address client concerns swiftly.

Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s IT solutions, internet services, and their competitive advantages.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to match client needs with the right solutions.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams based on client requirements and market trends.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Generate regular sales reports to track performance against goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  • Use CRM tools and data analytics to forecast sales and revenue, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Report to senior management on market conditions, customer feedback, and potential new revenue streams.

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related fields. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions or internet services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, internet services, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
