We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Palmgroove, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Automobile Repair

Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager should be able to act as a liaison between clients and departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.
  • Also assist with making sales, handling clients’ complaints and improving the overall customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling of company’s services.
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfillment.
  • Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments.
  • Coordinate with staff members required for service fulfillment to ensure consistent satisfactory service.
  • Work with prospective clients and onboard new clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
  • 2 – 4 years of Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automobile industry(auto-repairs).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent Account Management and revenue generating experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge(automobile) is an added advantage.
  • Experience as an automobile advisor
  • Excellent time management skills.
