Job Title: Sales Lead / Manager – FinTech

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A Female focused Fintech is looking for a Retail Banking expert with Field or Core Sales experience to drive its Finance platform towards deposits mobilization, Wallet Usage and effective financial transactions.
  • You’ll own the Sales KPIs and Company revenue goals and lead teams to achieve the set targets.
  • In this role, you’ll need to communicate effectively to serve a variety of customers. Excellent people skills and patience are critical to this position. We also expect you to be confident, reliable and quick to resolve issues.
  • Background: FinTech, Retail, Banking, Sales, Finance

Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition, training and leading of DSAs
  • Drive massive conversion of existing wallet openers and Digital platform users, from just having wallets to having consistent savings and deposits
  • ⁠work on Deposits mobilization
  • Advise customers on financial services and create strategies to tailor company products to users
  • Cross-sell products and services
  • Approach and sign on new customers
  • Ensure new customer acquisition and HNIs onboarding
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Develop effective tracking and reporting structure to track sales, and ensure growth
  • Handle customer complaints and solve problems

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • 6 years + retail banking experience
  • Excellent communication
  • Interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Good time management
  • strategic planning and organizational skills.

Salary
350,000 / month.
