Job Overview

• Prymepoint Real Estate Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell properties to prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends.
• Assist clients in property decision-making, offering tailored advice and guidance.
• Coordinate and host property viewings.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (Real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
