Job Description

Kadick Integrated Limited is a telecommunications / financial services provider that aims to provide solutions leveraging on technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

To oversee the operations of PoP outlets within specified areas
To ensure that financial targets are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times
Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train Sales Consultants in-line with agreed policies, processes and procedures.
Onboard and monitor the integration of new Sales Consultant
Develop Marketing/ Customer Acquisition Strategy for new PoPs as well as old ones that are not meeting the target
Resolve escalated customer complaints, issues and questions timeously.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
