Job Description

• Attending to walk in customers in a timely manner.
• Upselling and crosselling of company products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues and send feedback report.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
• Applicant must have completed Nysc, and not more than 30 years of age.
• Should have customer service experience. Good communication skills,
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets, Computer Literacy.
