We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Responsibilities

• The Marketing Executive shall lead and implement the Marketing initiative of the company’s project assigned with respect to setting specific goals and work with his team to meet the goals.
• Market and sale the company property with respect to set goals and targets of the company.
• Conduct presentations and meetings on behave of the company for business purposes.
• Create an affordable and efficient advert strategy to help boost the company’s image and marketing potential.
• Apply creativity and result-oriented strategy towards achieving set goals for the company.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports of activities highlighting achievements and challenges encountered during each week with recommended suggestions for better performance.

Qualifications

• A Degree or HND in any discipline combined with at least 5 years of work experience as a real estate marketer is required.
• Must be creative and social media savvy.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly valued and preferred.
• Individual who is adaptable, passionate, and self-directed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level conversation and impact, as well as comfort and confidence when interacting with and presenting to staff and executives.
