We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs
Conducting assessment studies to value an existing facility
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
Advising on a range of legal and contractual requirements on construction project
Construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing cost management and negotiations
Construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contracts administrations
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
Provision of engineering and project management support services to ensure successful implementation of projects with all Engineering and Project Management practices and policies

Requirements

Qualification: Degree in Surveying, Civil engineering or any related field
Professional certificates in related professions
Project management knowledge and experience
Hands on experience on the job tasks required above
Hands on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure
Understanding of engineering drawing
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services
