Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Officer

Locations: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for IT projects. perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Ensure defect tracking and resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Enforce QA standards and support compliance With CBN and NDIC regulations
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3—5years’ experience in QA or software testing within banking or financial services proficient in manual and autornated testing of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices, and QA tools (eg, Selenium postmanL
• ISTQB, CSTE. or Agile Testing certification an advantage.
