Job Title: Project Management Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
• Must be proactive, resourceful and tech savvy.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and ensure a smooth workflow among team members.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree requirement is Higher National Diploma (HND) or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
