Job Description

• We are seeking to hire Production Sectional Heads. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily reconciliation of production materials, and accurately record material consumption and usage in the ERP system to ensure zero variance and ensure compliance with established food safety requirements and FSMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material wastage daily and report findings.
• Manage and inspect raw materials, assisting Quality Control (QC) as needed.
• Reconcile raw materials with the ERP system daily and conduct monthly stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, avoid material shortages, and report production consumption daily.
• Prevent food safety hazards and ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping for raw material storage.
• Promote and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices, including PPE use.
• Report incidents to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and conduct daily toolbox talks.
• Participate in risk assessments and support worker consultation.
• Enforce food safety objectives, drive continuous improvement, and manage food safety systems using HACCP, 5S, GHK, and GMP.

Requirements

• An OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or higher / postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and experience with food safety and quality management systems are desirable.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and a solid command of numbers.

Remuneration
N178,000.00 Gross (with Other Allowance).
