Job Title: Oversight Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement oversight strategies to monitor and improve processes.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead a team of oversight oversight specialists to execute monitoring activities.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in [relevant field].
• At least 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience in oversight or related roles.
• Strong analytical and good leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
