Job Description

• The Operations Officer will overseeday-to-day operations of strategic business unit, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with various activities, managing resources, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate activities to streamline processes.
• Monitor and manage business resources.
• Prepare operational reports and present them to management.
• Identify and address operational issues to improve overall performance.

Requirements
Education:

• HND degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in operations management.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in operations management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational goals.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement and project management is an advantage.
