Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Reporting policy and procedure implementations.
• Project planning and management.
• Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget.
• Overseeing the maintenance department.
• Ensuring that operational deadlines are met.
• Providing operations support to all departments.
• Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Developing and tracking workplans.
• Oversight of all departments.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years work experience.
• Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.
• Experience with sales/hospitality management software.

Salary
N150,000 monthly
