We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

Analyze data to Identify opportunities for Improvement in existing processes.
Work with management to determine the strategy for new Initiatives.
Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress of process Improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Help promote the company’s culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Make Important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.
Work with the Lead, people operations and culture finance, and head of operations to Identify opportunities for Improvement and Implement solutions.
Send a weekly report to Lead, PO & C & Lead, Finance and operations on operational excellence.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 4 – 5 years work experience.
