Job Description

• Enhance the branch operation process (administrative aspect).
• Check the productivity of the teams.
• Review and interview team members on routine bases.
• Support technically the field teams.
• Update organogram once needed.
• Training courses.
• Analyse the open tickets for the branch operation.
• Follow up on open job cards.
• Escalate problems once faced to management.
• Monthly performance report analysis.
• Represent the company/operation in customer meetings.

Requirements

• Genset after sales domain.
• Technical knowledge (mechanical is preferable) on engines.
• Profound ability to manage teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Organize and prepare periodic reports.
• Follow-up on work activities.
• Documentation of work done.
