The Kaduna State Facilities Management Agency (KADFAMA) has a mandate to ensure the effective management and maintenance of assets owned and controlled by the Kaduna State Government.

Assistant Director, Enforcement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Master’s Degree or higher qualifications are desirable.
  • Ten (10) years post qualification experience.

Remuneration
Remuneration is in accordance with civil service terms and conditions of engagement

 

Principal Quality Control Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience.
  • Master’s degree or higher qualifications are desirable.

Remuneration
Remuneration is in accordance with civil service terms and conditions of engagement.

 

Principal Project Monitoring Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its’equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience.

Assistant Director, Monitoring & Quality Control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Masters in Project Management is an added Advantage.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience of post qualification experience.

Principal Landscaping & Ground Maintenance Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience, Master’s Degree or higher qualifications are desirable.

Principal Building Maintenance Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience Master’s Degree or higher qualifications are desirable.

Assistant Director, Building/Ground Maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline.
  • Ten (10) years post qualification experience Master’s Degree or higher qualifications are desirable.

Principal Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance & Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Services or its’ equivalent in relevant disciplines.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience is desirable.

Assistant Director, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance & Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Services or its’ equivalent in relevant disciplines.
  • Ten (10) years post qualification experience is desirable.

Remuneration is in accordance with civil service terms and conditions of engagement.

 

Principal Executive Officer, Public Affairs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or any other relevant degree in Social Sciences.
  • Seven (7) years post qualification experience.

Remuneration is in accordance with civil service terms and conditions of engagement.

 

Assistant Director, Legal Adviser (Secretary)

Requirements

  • LLB & LLM with at least ten (10) years post-call and cognate experience in Facilities Management, Land and Property Law.

Assistant Director, Internal Audit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline MBA or other post graduate degrees are desirable.
  • Ten (10) years at a senior level in auditing and/or accounting functions in the relevant Industry.
