About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Onsite Digital Sales Executive to manage online enquiries, convert leads, and support customer engagement directly from our office.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for online prospects while also attending to walk-in customers.
• This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and ready to grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries across social media, website, WhatsApp, and email from the office.
• Manage the full online sales process including lead follow-up, conversion, and CRM updates.
• Provide excellent customer service both online and in person.
• Attend to walk-in customers, share product information, handle enquiries, and complete sales.
• Monitor conversion rates and suggest improvements to online sales funnels.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in online/digital sales or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Good understanding of online sales funnels and lead management.
• Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
• Suitable for early-career professionals seeking hands-on onsite experience.
• Must be available to work onsite Monday to Saturday.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
