Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare logistics action plans to support all relevant operations within the project.
• Assistance in provision of logistics support to other staff by arranging security clearance for daily/weekly missions.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory as required.
• Providing weekly reports on logistics activities including but not limited to; delivery dates of goods, quality status report of all incoming goods, dispatch update reports etc
• Coordinating delivery of automobile and other goods to client and vice versa
• In charge of correspondence with client under the direct supervision of the General Manager, Logistics.
• Ensuring that the supplier data and purchasing parameters are kept up-to-date and correctly processed in the ERP system.
• Better streamline analysis and optimization of existing procedures, activities, and systems.
• Optimize the cooperation between purchasing, operations, planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Business Management or other related fields with 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems – RAMCO, SAP.
• Vendor Management
• Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be very solution focused and results oriented.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented.
