The Position

• We are seeking a visionary Knowledge Management Lead to design and lead Renmoney’s enterprise-wide knowledge strategy.
• You will create a world-class framework that captures, curates, and distributes critical insights, driving efficiency, innovation, and compliance.
• Your role will harness AI to revolutionize how we learn, collaborate, and make decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or Data Strategy is a plus.
•  4-5+ years in KM roles, with proven success and familiarity in KM platforms.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies for senior leaders.
• Agile documentation practices and metadata design.
• Superior soft skills: Negotiation, creative problem-solving, and executive storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS office suites.
• This is a 1-year contract position, subject to renewal based on performance.
