Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include supervising the food preparation and cooking
• Develop cost price for each portion served
• Ensure accurate measurements of input and output for profitability
• Maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and ensure availability of food stuff at all times.
• complying with safety and hygiene standards.
• To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage the kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.
• Ultimately, you will ensure all meals are properly cooked and served and our students have a pleasant dinning experience.

Requirements

• Certification from a Culinary School or Degree in Restaurant Management with 2-8 years experience;
• Hands-on experience with planning and costing menus and ordering ingredients;
• Knowledge of a wide range of recipes;
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations;
• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders;
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment. Give a report on the activities of the kitchen to the management.

Salary
N60,000 – N100,000 / Month.
