Job Summary

• To learn, grow and provide support to the different IB initiatives as spearheaded by the Team Leads of the different IB areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements
• Build robust financial models
• Perform valuation analysis for various sectors
• Prepare marketing & statutory transaction documents including information memoranda, teasers, prospectuses, scheme documents among others
• Preparing client presentations and pitch books
• Carry out research on various sectors to support transaction origination and execution

Job Requirement

• 2 – 3 years of Corporate Finance in a reputable investment book or top tier consulting firm.
