Job Summary

• Our clients a mobile financing fintech is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Credit Operations team.
• As the Head of Credit Operations, you will oversee the entire credit lifecycle, from loan origination to collections.
• Your expertise will ensure efficient and effective credit operations, minimizing risk and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of credit professionals
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
• Oversee loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes
• Manage credit risk and collections strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze and report on credit performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in credit operations, risk management, or related fields
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and lending practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
