We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Includes but not limited to:

• Interview prospective tenants and run background checks.
• Set rental rates in accordance with the dictates of the market.
• Facilitate the preparation, execution and enforcement of documents such as service level agreements and tenancy/lease agreements.
• Rent collection as and when due; and dealing with late payment.
• Oversee the effective management of the organization’s property management portfolio.
• Address/Investigate/Resolve landlords’ and tenants’ complaints and conflicts.
• Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work.
• Routine inspection of properties/facilities.
• Draft and communicate property/facility situation reports to landlord/business owners.
• Issue necessary statutory notices where applicable
• Represent the company in court as an expert witness on behalf of the landlords.
• Ensure that all rates and taxes (Land Use Charge etc) levied on the property are remitted to the appropriate authorities as and when due.
• Apportion service charge where applicable.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
