We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs or escalate issues as necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and gather feedback for service improvement.
Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices through training and self-learning.
