Job Title: Customer Service / Operations Officer

Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Operations Officer who will act as the face of the company at Zuzu Delights.
• This role involves directly working with customers to take orders, answer their questions, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum HND qualification with at least 1 year of work experience
• Candidate must reside around Yaba
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Experience in customer service or operations roles
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Must speak and write crisp and clear English
• Must be able to work on some weekends and holidays.
• Work from the office 23 days a month.
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.
