Description
How can you make a difference?

  • The CAP Section in UNICEF Nigeria Country Office is seeking to hire a qualified Consultant to design a general studies curriculum and repurpose the current Child Rights Reporting curriculum for use in polytechnics in Nigeria.
  • The general studies curriculum will apply to all students in the polytechnic while the repurposed Child Rights Reporting curriculum will apply to students of mass communication.

Key Deliverables

  • Design a new curriculum on child rights to improve the understanding of polytechnic students of child rights issues.
  • Review, revise, and adapt the current curriculum on child rights reporting for mass communication students in the universities in Nigeria to suit the needs of polytechnic students.
  • Train teachers of participating polytechnics on how to use the curricula.
