Job Title: Creative Videographer / Editor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Creative Videographer & Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that highlights the company’s properties, projects, and campaigns.
• The role involves filming, editing, and delivering engaging videos that attract clients, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen the company’s brand presence.

Core Responsibilities
Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos to showcase properties, client testimonials, and company events.
• Capture creative footage including drone shots, walkthroughs, and lifestyle scenes that highlight property features.
• Ensure all video content meets brand standards and project objectives.

Content Editing & Storytelling:

• Edit raw footage into engaging content with graphics, music, voiceovers, and special effects.
• Apply creative storytelling techniques to communicate the unique value of properties and the brand.
• Optimize videos for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align video projects with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to real estate video marketing.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output.

Production Coordination:

• Coordinate end-to-end video production schedules to meet deadlines for property launches and campaigns.
• Organize shoot logistics, including location setup, lighting, and equipment handling.
• Archive and manage video files for easy retrieval and future use.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• 2 years proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Portfolio of previous video projects.

Skills / Competencies:

• Proficiency in videography and editing software
• Strong visual storytelling skills and creativity
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera use
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
