Job Title: Coffee Barista and Warehouse / Store Assistant

Job Description
Coffee Barista:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee and tea blend; artisan and speciality beverages that meet quality standards.
• Highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Provide OUTSTANDING customer service to guests.

Warehouse / Store Assistant:

• The Store Assistant is primarily responsible for receiving, dating,storing, and maintaining rotation of goods.

General Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
