Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, optimize and strengthen day-to-day business operations, based on international best practices.
• Lead all Business Development and Strategy Initiatives in line with the vision of the CEO.
• Lead Market Research towards development of innovative and market changing products.
• Manage Partnerships, Collaborations and Counter Party Relationships
• Conceptualize and Implement Digital and Retail growth strategy for company
• Implement appropriate company policies and processes
• Support the Chief Executive Officer in Strategy Formulation and ALL Fund-Raising Initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field
• 7-12 years of experience
• Experience handling deposit mobilization, fund management, investment management, fixed income trading and tech focused microfinance banks
• Previous work experience in finance and investment houses
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Salary
N750,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly+ incentives.
