Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assists in using data analysis to support business functions in decision making.
• Recommend process improvements methods, and optimization using data visualization.
• Perform investigative reports and follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaises with relevant stakeholders to create a prioritised list of needs for each business segment.
• Support capacity building for users of BI tools.
• Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by Lead, Business Intelligence/RH.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or similar area of study.
• Certification in Relational Database Management System would be an added advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong data mining experience.
