Job Title: Business Development Executive(HR Outsourcing)

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
• Conduct needs assessments and consultative sales conversations to understand clients’ HR outsourcing needs and pain points.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of our services.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Consulting company with outsourcing
• Good communication skills
• Good track record in outsourcing and client acquisition in the Oil and Gas/Energy, FMCG, and Financial services.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
