• We are currently seeking to recruit an energetic and motivated individual to fill the role of a Business Developer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate them
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the business cash flow
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Drive the end-to-end marketing process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Researching, advertising and marketing trends in the staffing industry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or a related field from recognized institution.
• 1-2 years experience of marketing in Human Resources Company
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• AGE: 35 years and below.
• Must reside in and around Lawanson, Ojuelegba, Orile, Ijeasha, Aguda,Surulere and its environs.

Remuneration
Very attractive plus commission.
