Job Title: Brand and Marketing Communications Manager

Description

• As a marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in brand positioning, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, event management, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, reputation, and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communications channels.
• Oversee and manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Design and implement clear and concise communication plans to support business objectives and priorities.
• Develop and deliver effective internal and external communication, including memos, press releases, and presentations.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in the construction/realties industry or a related field is a plus.
