Job Description

• Oversees customer services
• Supervises branch operation and offsite locations attached to the branch. i.e. ATMs, Cash centers, e-branch and implants
• Enforcing control and alignment with regulatory requirements
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
• Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

Requirements

• A First Degree in any discipline; professional qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in the financial services industry managing branch operations, cash and tellering
