Finchglow Holdings is a premier aviation company providing comprehensive travel management, cargo services, and training across all sectors of the economy, including corporate entities, trade partners, and individuals. Our corporate headquarters is situated in Ikoyi, southwest Lagos.

The group consists of six (6) subsidiaries specializing in various aspects of the aviation industry downstream, along with two (2) affiliates, one of which operates in the upstream aviation sector. We maintain a strong presence across nine (9) locations, including five (5) in Lagos, two (2) in Abuja, and one each in Kano and Port-Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Sales Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • As a B2B Sales Team Lead, you are responsible for leading and managing a team of B2B sales executives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, training and coaching team members, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop strategies to acquire and retain them
  • Assist the manager in making accurate and rapid cost calculations, and provide techniques such as cold calls to ensure they become prospects for new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Consolidate team reports and prepare weekly and monthly reports on B2B sales progress to the Unit Head
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualification & Certification

  • First Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or Professional membership/certification is an added advantage

Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years’ professional experience in a similar role, with 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the travel industry, in B2B, B2C, and Corporate sales is an added advantage

  • Strong prospecting skills and Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written & presentation communication skills
  • Excellent customer service delivery focus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities
  • Excellent attitude and work ethics
  • Excellent Leadership and Managerial skills
  • Result oriented & target driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proven sales track record, ability to source for leads and secure new business opportunities
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of integrity and reliability
  • Possess interpersonal relationship skills
