Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Manage and create a training schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with facilitators and participants.
• Course Design: Develop engaging, industry-relevant courses, updating materials based on trends and feedback.
• Facilitator Management: Recruit and manage qualified facilitators, ensuring they have all the resources needed for success.
• Training & Webinar Planning: Oversee the logistics of training sessions and webinars, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
• Marketing & Social Media: Collaborate with marketing to promote courses, increase engagement, and meet financial goals.
• Financial Performance: Track program finances, aiming to meet or exceed revenue targets while managing costs.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize and implement modern tools to enhance event management and participant experiences.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in education management, event planning, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to design innovative course content that aligns with industry needs.
